Andrew Gutierrez

Andrew has been in the real estate industry for over seven years. His background includes asset manager working for SPS (formerly Fairbank Capital) as well as gaining real estate expertise as a real estate broker for Taylor Andrews Realty, which primarily focuses on foreclosed and distressed properties. Through this Andrew has gained extensive experience with REO listings which have been his major focus over the last four years. Over time, he has built lasting relationships with banks and asset managers by providing excellent service and first-rate marketing analysis. He received a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Utah.

Ashley Fowler

Ashley Fowler

Ashley assists Andrew with contracts and offers, handling communication of our client responses and looks over them to make sure they are correct and ready for submittal to our clients. She also oversees the accounts payable including invoicing, ensuring each invoice is sent out to their respective company for reimbursement and double checks to make sure they go through. She also assists with the day to day document filing and also assists with marketing strategies when needed. She has Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Social Work from BYU Idaho and the University of Utah.

Mike Gutierrez

Mike assists with property management for the team ensuring needed repairs are documented and checks back to make sure all approved repairs have been completed. He oversees the initial inspections of all of our properties and makes sure servicers complete initial all initial services. He also oversees the weekly property inspections, making sure properties are well maintained and that issues are taken care of as soon as they arise.

Josh Johnson

Josh is a team assistant and assists Andrew with a variety of tasks. He also assists the team with market analysis and developing marketing strategies including broker price opinions, comparative marketing analysis, and monthly marketing and status reports. He also oversees the property management and utility invoicing for the team and assists with the accounts payable when needed. Also oversees the management of properties, dispatching runners in their respective assignments and ensuring that weekly property inspections are carried out. He also handles the utilities for all of the properties, making sure that each has power, water, and gas to ensure a smooth selling process.

Lloyd Weffer

LLoyd oversees all processes of the office and is the quality control point for all document input including broker price opinions, monthly marketing and status reports, accounting, and communication. He personally is in charge of valuation of the properties, marketing analysis, and contract negations maintaining our high standard of excellence in performance.

Scott Simonsen

Scott is a team assistant and assists Andrew with a variety of tasks. He also assists the team with market analysis, marketing strategies, and property management. Scott is the information systems director and maintains the website, computer systems, and documents while also deciphering new technology. This allows the team to adapt to new cutting edge tools in the industry and to be top of the line in what we do.
