Utah Premier Real Estate was established in 2010 By Andrew Gutierrez focusing on foreclosed or distressed properties, but also established a presence helping buyers through seminars for first-time homebuyers and mortgage products partnering with its sister company, TruNet Realty, LLC. From then, Utah Premier has grown to 5 agents and currently is one of the foremost REO Vendors in the State of Utah.
